Maggie Grace (born Margaret Grace Denig September. 21 in 1983) is an acclaimed American actress. She is most famously known for her role appeared as Shannon Rutherford from ABC's Lost television show, as well as Kim Mills for the Taken Trilogy. Maggie Grace was born in Worthington in Ohio. She dropped out of high school after her parents separated to go in Los Angeles to live with her mother. While struggling financially she landed her first acting gig as Rachel's Room's title character the video on-demand series Rachel's Room in 2001. The role she played of Martha Moxley, a 15-year-old victim of murder, in the television film Murder In Greenwich in 2002, earned her nominations for a Young Artist Award. Grace Rutherford, the character she played in Lost from 2004 to 2005 was nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award. Grace was a co-star alongside Tom Welling on The Fog in the year 2005, was looking to go to film. The role she played was Kim Mills opposite Liam Neeson (both in Taken 2008) in Suburban Girl as well as The Jane Austen Book Club. Taken 2 (2012), Taken 3 2014 and Taken 4 (2014) were her reprises of the characters. Grace was back on the Lost series for the last two episodes playing Shannon. The year 2013 saw Grace appear in the episode Californianation of the 6th Season. She portrays Faith an actress in a group and as a muse to the stars who captures the interest of Hank Moody played by David Duchovny. Maggie Gyllenhaal.........................Margalit Ruth Gyllenhaal ( born November 16 1977) is an American actress and filmmaker. A member of the Gyllenhaal clan she is the daughter of filmmakers Stephen Gyllenhaal and Naomi Achs and is the younger sister of actor Jake Gyllenhaal. Her career began as a teenager with small roles in several of her father's films and appeared with her brother in the famous cult classic Donnie Darko (2001). Then she appeared on the screen in Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind and Mona Lisa Smile (both 2002). Gyllenhaal was nominated for a Golden Globe Award in both the drama Sherrybaby (2005) and the love story Secretary (2002). The two movies were critically acclaimed. The Dark Knight, which was released in 2008 after numerous highly successful films, including World Trade Center (2006) which brought her greater recognition, was a huge success for Gyllenhaal. The film was nominated for an Academy Award as Best Supporting Actress for her role as Rachel Dawes in Crazy Heart, (2009). Her subsequent roles include Nanny McPhee and The Big Bang and Hysteria. The actress also played a Secret Service Agent in White House Down, an action thriller that was released in 2013. She also played a musician in Frank (2014) as well as the lead role on The Kindergarten Teacher, a drama that was released in the year of the year 2018. Gyllenhaal made her debut as a director and writer in 2021, with her drama about psychological issues The Lost Daughter. For the film, she won with the Best Screenplay Award at the Venice International Film Festival and received nominations for the Academy Award.
